Free clothes collection across Chorley

How it works
Three simple steps from booking to collection.
Pack up your items
Put your unwanted clothes in clean bags or boxes. Bin bags are perfectly fine.
We pickup
Leave your bags by the door. If you’ve asked us to knock, we’ll do that and collect them directly.
Items we accept
We collect clean, wearable items in good condition. Please pack everything neatly and make sure it’s suitable for reuse.

We accept all clean, good condition clothing, including tops, jumpers, coats, jeans, dresses, skirts and sportswear.

Shoes
We accept all types of footwear, as long as they’re clean and in good condition.

Handbags & Accessories
We collect good condition accessories such as bags, backpacks, belts, gloves, hats, scarves, jewellery and other similar items.

Books, Toys & DVDs
We also collect good condition books, toys and media items like DVDs. Please make sure everything is clean, complete and suitable for reuse.

Electrical Items
We also accept small working electrical items, including cameras, tablets, DVD players, radios and similar devices.

Quick answers to common questions about our service.
How should I prepare my items?
Pack your clothes in clean bags (bin liners work well) or boxes. If you’re donating other items like DVDs or small electricals, please keep them in separate bags or boxes.
Do I need to be home for the collection?
No, you don’t have to be in when we collect. When booking, simply let us know if you’ll be home. If not, you can leave your items in a safe, dry place ready for collection.
Do you accept more than just clothes?
Yes — we also collect good condition books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, toys, and small working electrical items. Please bag or box these separately from your clothes.
For a full list, see our Items We Accept page.
When will I get my collection confirmation?
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as you book. On the morning of your collection day, we’ll send a reminder with your collection time window.
Do you collect furniture such as sofas and beds?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept furniture.
