Pack up your items
Put your unwanted clothes in clean bags or boxes. Bin bags are perfectly fine.

We pickup
Leave your bags by the door. If you’ve asked us to knock, we’ll do that and collect them directly.

Getting your items ready properly helps everything get reused faster. Make sure everything is clean, complete and easy to handle.
- 1.Use clean bags: Bin bags are fine — tie them securely so nothing falls out.
- 2.Separate your items: Put clothes and shoes together, and use different bags or boxes for things like books, toys or small electricals.
- 3. Keep shoes in pairs: Tie the laces or place pairs in the same bag.
- 4. Don’t overload boxes: Split heavier items such as books into smaller bags or boxes.
- 5. Add quick labels is possible: Write “clothes” or “toys” on each bag to help us sort them faster.
