2. What we do

We provide an online booking service for free doorstep collections of unwanted clothing and household items. We are not a charity and do not act on behalf of one. Items we collect may be reused, resold, or recycled.

3. Who can use our service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

4. Making a booking

  • You must provide accurate and complete information, including a safe collection location and honest descriptions of your items.
  • We may accept or decline bookings at our discretion. A confirmation email or SMS does not guarantee collection if items or access conditions are unsuitable.
  • You can cancel or change your booking. Please give reasonable notice so we can reallocate the slot.

5. Item quality and restricted items

  • Items must be clean, dry, and in good, reusable condition.
  • We may refuse to collect items that are wet, dirty, unsafe, infested, or otherwise unsuitable.
  • We do not collect hazardous or restricted materials. If you are unsure, please check our guidance before booking.

6. Access, leaving items outside, and missed collections

  • You are responsible for ensuring safe access and providing any necessary permissions, parking, or entry details.
  • If you leave items outside, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible if items are lost or damaged before collection.
  • If we cannot collect because items are unsuitable, missing, or access is unsafe, the collection will be marked as missed and you may need to rebook.

7. Ownership of items

You confirm that you own the items or have permission from the owner to donate them. Ownership transfers to us upon collection without payment. Once collected, items cannot be returned.

8. Communications and review invitations

  • We may contact you by email or SMS about your booking, including confirmations, reminders, or updates.
  • After your collection, we may send an optional review invitation (for example through Trustpilot). This is not marketing. You can opt out when booking or at any time by following the instructions in the message or contacting us.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. Please read it before using the Site or making a booking.

10. Using the Site

Do not misuse the Site. This includes attempting to damage, hack, or disrupt it, introducing malware, scraping data without consent, or using the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights.

11. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and other content on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, edit, or distribute any part of it without written permission.

12. Availability and changes
